Overview
The day begins with a visit to an organic flour mill where we will learn the entire transformation process of making bread from grains. Our second stop will be the town of Bevagna, a beautiful hamlet famous for its medieval traditions. Here you’ll taste cheese and salami directly from a family-run butchery. We will then move on with different tastings/experiences, according to the season, of a variety of local products such as olive oil, wine and much more. This Farm to Table experience will finish with a delicious lunch at a local farm-house.
